CLINTON, S.C. — Clinton-based Presbyterian College women wrestling has posted its full 2026-27 winter schedule, opening Nov. 1 at the Princeton Open and hosting the Blue Hose Challenge on Nov. 15 inside Templeton Gymnasium.
The Blue Hose finished fifth at the 2026 NCAA Championships and return eight wrestlers who have earned All-America honors at least once. Two-time Region Coach of the Year Brian Vutianitis has guided PC to three straight top-ten national placements, with last spring the first under the NCAA umbrella.
Seven regular-season tournaments headline the winter, including the Throwdown on the Yorktown duals on an aircraft carrier in Charleston on Nov. 7-8 against Grand Valley State, Iowa, and Delaware State. December brings a road dual at King on Dec. 6, a home dual versus Newberry, and the Desert Duals in Las Vegas on Dec. 20.
Last season Presbyterian went 18-3 in duals with eight wins over nationally ranked foes, including victories over Colorado Mesa and Simon Fraser at the Desert Duals. Returning All-Americans from 2026 include Chloe Dearwester, Jenna Anderson, Alyssa Mahan, Maddie Kubicki, May Cuyler, and Maria Aiono.
FloWrestling projects the Blue Hose as a deep roster capable of another top-five NCAA finish, citing 10 returning national qualifiers and eight returning All-Americans as Presbyterian College prepares another national push from its Clinton campus.
