SPARTANBURG, S.C. — The Spartanburg County Sheriff Office released video of two people it wants the public to help identify after an incident at the Target store on Warren H. Abernathy Highway.
Deputies posted the clip and said the man and woman may have information that could assist the investigation. The date and time stamp on the video show it was taken just before 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 2, 2026.
Anyone who recognizes either person or has information that could help investigators identify them is asked to email [email protected].
Officials have not released further details about what prompted the investigation or whether either person is considered a suspect or a potential witness.
The release continues a pattern of the sheriff office asking the public for help identifying people connected to Target-area inquiries in Spartanburg County, while investigators withhold case specifics.
