Volleyball Action Heats Up in Waterloo
Waterloo, NY – The high school volleyball playoffs were buzzing on Thursday evening, with exciting matches taking place in the Section V tournaments. The cloudy weather with a chance of rain didn’t dampen spirits or eagerness as teams took to the court to compete for a shot at the championship.
In a thrilling showdown, the Waterloo High School senior team faced off against Palmyra-Macedon in the Class B quarterfinals. Waterloo, ranked No. 5, successfully defeated No. 12 Pal-Mac in four sets, with scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-27, and 25-18.
