Penny Sellars was born on January 1, 1952, in Clinton, South Carolina, to William B. Campbell and Viola Corley Campbell. Following a lifelong commitment to helping others, she dedicated many years of her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Laurens County Hospital. Later, she continued her career in healthcare at the Hospice House of Laurens County, where she offered compassionate care to patients and their families during critical moments.

Throughout her life, Penny was a devoted member of the Lydia Mill Church of God and was an active participant in the over “50 Club” group at the church, showcasing her passion for community involvement and friendship.

She is survived by her son, Michael “Mike” Davis, and her granddaughter, Erica Gilliam, who is married to Kendall. In addition, Penny had three great-grandchildren: Raeah, Caleb, and Izabella Gilliam, who brought joy and love into her life. She is also mourned by her brother, Charles Campbell, and her sister, June Day. Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Ray Sellars, her brother, W. Terry Campbell, and her sister, Sheila Parrish.
