High School Football Power Rankings Update
As we kick off another exciting week in high school football, let’s take a look at the Class AA rankings and what’s buzzing across the fields.
In the latest power rankings, Kalispell Glacier leads the pack with a perfect record of 5-0. Last week, they dominated against Missoula Hellgate with a staggering score of 63-8. This week, Glacier faces a significant challenge as they head to No. 5 Helena Capital (4-1).
Bozeman Gallatin, also undefeated at 5-0, had an unforgettable overtime victory over Bozeman last week with a score of 35-27. This was particularly sweet as it marked their first win over their crosstown rivals. This week, they are set to face No. 4 Great Falls (4-1).
Billings West holds the third spot with another flawless season record of 5-0. They took down Billings Skyview with a score of 47-7 last Friday. They will meet Bozeman (3-2) this week, who are looking to get back on track after two losses.
As for Class A, Frenchtown remains undefeated at 5-0 after their solid win over No. 3 Bigfork with a score of 48-13. This week, the Frenchtown team will take on Hamilton (1-3).
Billings Central is also at the top with a record of 5-0 after defeating Sidney decisively with a score of 55-0. They are headed into a tough matchup against No. 5 Lewistown (4-1) this week.
Heading to Class B, Malta keeps the top spot with a perfect 5-0 after a win over Glasgow, finishing it 48-26. They face Conrad this week. Manhattan is also unbeaten at 5-0 and will host Big Timber (3-2).
In the 8-Man category, Fairview is riding high with a 5-0 record, recently defeating Plentywood 52-12. Their big challenge this week is against No. 3 Circle (5-0).
Lastly, the 6-Man teams are also buzzing, with D-G-S-G firmly in the lead at 5-0 after a strong win over Grass Range-Winnett (48-12) last week. They are set to face Hobson-Moore (1-4) this week.
