The night continued with Shawnee Mission Northwest scoring a convincing 57-27 win against Shawnee Mission South. In a non-playoff matchup, Riley County dominated Oskaloosa with a score of 64-0.

Friday’s Results

Friday delivered more thrilling games. In one of the standout matchups, Atchison routed Bonner Springs with a score of 62-16. Basehor-Linwood won a close battle against Blue Valley Southwest, finishing 21-18. Other notable outcomes included Bishop Miege defeating Louisburg 21-14 and Blue Valley North narrowly edging out De Soto 34-27.

In dominating fashion, Mill Valley beat Harmon 77-0 and Gardner Edgerton shut out Wyandotte 63-0. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Lawrence Free State overcame Olathe West 49-26 while Leavenworth secured a convincing 47-7 win against Washington.

There were several other exciting scores, including McLouth defeating Pleasanton 64-20 and Shawnee Mission East taking down Lawrence 28-14. St. James Academy also had a strong performance, beating Blue Valley 48-22. Further down the list, Wellington-Napoleon made headlines with their massive 82-6 win over Southwest.
