In a high-scoring affair, Cypress Springs edged out Houston Langham Creek with a nail-biting score of 42 to 41. This game kept spectators on the edge of their seats as both teams showcased their offensive skills. Outside of the Houston area, Alvin Shadow Creek defeated Pasadena Memorial in a convincing win of 52 to 0. California School for the Deaf-Fremont delivered a strong performance, overpowering Austin TSD with a score of 58 to 0.
